In our opinion, the design for clubs and model houses is just like a fashion show, we should pay much attention to vogue. The design drawing is the script, the designer is the director, the space is the stage, and materials and accessories are the actors. There are climaxes in the show, so there should be highlighted spots in the design for clubs and model houses. Otherwise, the design must be plain and lack of interests. The highlighted spots mean the design for every model house should have the finishing touch. It must be fancy, elegant and distinctive, and form the visual center in the space.
There must be some astonishing elements if a house is called as a “mansion”, such as the luxurious outside, elegant inside, mega-Huxing space and fabulous price. But the above elements are just the necessary conditions. In other words, all mansions must be equipped with above elements, but it doesn’t mean if a house is equipped with such deco, then it could be regarded as a mansion. Mansion is a top house which beyond the requirements for pure living function and practical use. It is the reflection of unique life style and highlights the superior social status, and it only targets the absolute few who are in sharp pyramid.
A mansion should be a house at first, it is the place for family life. It provides the owner with a living manner which is unattainable for ordinary people. The mansion can be full of family atmosphere only when people live in it all the time, so the feature of living should be emphasized at first. Even if some people regard the mansion as a private club, it is still different with pure public buildings.

Compared with other living space, the most distinctive point is a mansion has sky, land, sunshine, fresh air and green grass, which are the empty parts in a mansion. How to maximize the value of them is the key point for the success of mansion design. The space of a mansion or a villa can embody the cultural connotation between people and building, between people and life. Therefore, the origin and destination of mansion design should embody people''''s pursuit to living taste and spiritual enjoyment.
Owing to the different social and economical system, dissimilar economical development level, and most important, diverse domestic land resources and population, the mansion is always an outcome of transverse comparison with other living houses in the same area and period. And the longitudinal comparison just has some referential meanings. But the standard and orientation of the mansion are remain essentially the same despite all apparent changes, namely it is the life embodiment of a tiny minority and reflects contemporary social attitudes.
Because of the requirements of environmental protection, we realize the sustainability of design become more and more important. The foresight determines the power of influence, so we must have a wider vision comparing with our customers, competitors and the guild, only by that we could seize the development direction of design.
